On a case-by-case basis, yes. Pets must remain inside your room and not in any common area. The "noise" and "quiet hours" policies applies to all occupants of the house, including pets. An additional security deposit is required for approved pets. Pet owners are responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets (including cleanup). Pets may not interfere with another residents' peaceful enjoyment of the premises.

No. Once your lease is signed and you are issued your digital key, your usage of utilities is included in your rent. Rent is set with prediction of reasonable usage of utilities.
Wifi is included in your rent - based on reasonable use of this shared resource. Residents agree not to engage in illegal or bandwidth-intensive activity.
Smoking (e.g. cigarettes, vape, e-cigs, etc.) is not allowed in interior areas of the home.
We do not currently offer charging for passenger vehicles and motorcycles included in the rent; however, we can discuss how to accommodate such a need.
